Our role is to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns based on client goals and available data.
However, the results of paid campaigns such as clicks, impressions, leads, or conversions can fluctuate due to several external factors like market trends, audience behavior, competition, and seasonal demand. Therefore, if a campaign does not produce the expected outcomes, Digital Growth Catalyze LLC cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Project Scope and Client Responsibility
All services are initiated after mutual agreement on deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback. Delays or performance issues resulting from incomplete or delayed client input do not qualify for refunds.
